0號膠囊系列也玩了也有一半以上了
目前最推薦的就是水果派了

先說用法，如介紹所說的，半邊小頭滿
但粉類的好處就是能夠自己DIY，所以遊玩性很高
這邊就給喜歡嘗試的，慢慢摸索體驗了~

怎麼裝的話，我個人有特地買
鑷子（夾藥丸小頭）
小湯匙（裝粉）
小量杯（小朋友喝藥那種）
小的分裝瓶
（買來的藥粉罐子，比較淺、小，不好弄鬆散，容易灑出來）
針筒（住肛方快速又方便）

個人比較喜歡注肛，因為比較快
先把小頭粉，倒入小量杯，加點微微的水、潤滑液，攪拌，再用針筒抽起來，注入即可

然後準備好道具，開始慢慢找片，等效果

之後，慢慢會有興奮感，腸胃會有放鬆的感覺，肛門附近會開始有微妙感，別懷疑，準備開始上來了

這時，可以開始體驗你人生，沒體驗過的快感
